Located on the fourth hole of the Clear Creek Tahoe golf course, this mountain modern home features a double-height great room, master bedroom wing, game room, 3-car garage, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The roof form is a primary design feature that focuses on snow mitigation and simplicity, with large overhangs to shade the residence during the warm summer months and protect the residence during Sierra snowstorms. The project was originally designed as a spec home. Upon sale of the property, the new owner added a reach deck, an upper-level deck off the game room, a 3-car garage, and guest wing.
