Kingbury Grade Hill House

This project is located on a 30-acre parcel off Kingsbury Grade, with a hilltop building site that provides commanding views of South Lake Tahoe, Desolation Wilderness, and the west shore of Lake Tahoe. A series of design iterations were produced to show different options for this unique site.
